Private Room with Shared Bathroom Available in a 3 bed 2 bath El Cerrito Duplex Feb 1st! 7 minute walk from Del Norte Bart! The room is (12 x 12ft). Minimum 6 month sublease and $500 security deposit. Some utilities included in rent ( Wi-Fi, Water, Trash). PG&E is not included because it varies. Can be furnished with a tan 6 drawer Tarva Ikea dresser. Open to ladies only. No couples or pets (sorry I’m on a no pet lease- but if you have an ESA I may be able to talk to my Landlord about it). Also, if you have a partner they can of course come over and spend nights! There is no chore list but we are VERY clean people so we are looking for roomies that will always pick up after themselves in the common areas. We have a washer and dryer in unit, patio space outside, and there’s storage room in the garage! Living room Tv has Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney plus, and Discovery Plus. I (Maliya, 24) am on the lease and in the master bedroom. I rent out the other 2 rooms. I work in the food industry and am easy going and on the quieter side. The woman who you’d share a bathroom with is named Shai. She’s kind, in her thirties, and works for the government. The energy of the house is more downtempo- I’ll definitely chat in passing or lend a helping hand when needed but for the most part everyone does their own thing. If a friendship forms that’s awesome but there is never any pressure for it at all!
