Available immediately: Single, private room with shared bathroom in a townhouse. Just west of Main St. in Logan, Utah. Conveniently located to stores (Walmart, WinCo, BigLots, etc), restaurants and downtown Logan.

Apartment has full working kitchen (refrigerator/freezer combo, range/conventional oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher) with lots of cabinet space. There are hook-ups for washer and dryer, but no machines. (Place is unfurnished: furniture in pictures belongs to the current, sole, tenant.) The apartment has tiled floors downstairs, carpeted upstairs.

Rent ($400/mo) covers water, trash collection, ground upkeep, and snow removal. Electricity and Internet connection are in my name and are NOT covered by the rental fee.

Looking for a responsible, relatively neat/clean, drug-free and non-smoking male roommate. No couples. No pets.
