Looking for 3rd roommate starting March or April! (Flexible start date & still looking as of 2/26!)

$875 Thornton, CO My roommate (Mike, 29) and I (Sarah, 30) are looking for a third roommate to move in starting March 1st, with a flexible lease length. Our house in on the NW side of Denver on the Thornton line, with easy access to the highways. We’re about 15min north of the Highlands. The backyard is large and fenced, with a fire pit and grill and plenty of room for gardening. We have a small front porch, and a 1 car garage that we use for storage (it has plenty of open space still and an extra fridge!). We have three dogs and the landlord does not allow for more than three pets. Your room would be upstairs sharing the bathroom with Mike. The basement has the laundry room (with front load Samsung w/d) and a bar setup + second living room. Background check is required by the landlord. Looking for someone who’s communicative, responsible, helps keep the house clean, & who’s a great fit for the comfy space we’ve created. Mike & I get along really well and hang out fairly often, and it would be awesome to find another fun person to live with! Mike and I both work away from home and have a good balance of hanging out together and separately in our own spaces. We enjoy going to the occasional show or out for food, as well as walks or hikes with our dogs. We’re great communicators and looking to maintain a happy/comfy environment in the house!
