About the room
Entire Upstairs 2 rooms plus full bath, furnished bedroom, furnished office. I have 2 dogs both hypoallegenic, a schnauzer and a havanese. They are friendly but will bark and you must be ok with that.

I am directly west on drake 2 miles from the Vet Hospital in a nice neighborhood. You can ride your bike on the spring creek trail if you like. Would like someone who is clean and able to take care of their own mess in the kitchen and keep the upstairs clean.

Retired 65 year old Travels and gets up early and at times may be out of town and in need of an accountable serious person who could walk the dogs if needed.
