-Looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom with the bathroom & kitchen/laundry room being shared. -1 private bedroom, 1 shared bathroom (only bathroom available) - $300 per month + utilities ($200), total rent per month: $500 (with exceptions) -Tenant pays for their half of the electric, gas, water & sewage. $150 cap for the electric/gas bill and $50 cap for the water/sewage bill. If either bill goes over the tenant’s monthly limit, then it is the tenant’s responsibility to pay the difference. -There is no security deposit. -Looking for a female tenant. -Need to make at least $1,300/month minimum with proof (paystubs or bank statements). -In walking distance of 5 different bus routes. -No smokers, drinkers (alcohol), or 420/illegal drug users allowed. -No pets allowed. I have no pets either.
