I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Highlander at North Campus, a student apartment in Riverside. It is a studio, and my lease ends in August 2023.

3. The apartment is quiet, maintained well, and you will get the most privacy in a safe, gated community. Rent: $1, 589 (Renter’s Insurance, parking spot outside the apartment, and all utilities included!) This is a steal because the apartment is going for $1,759. This is a studio so you will not have any roommates. Occupancy for up to two people are available under the lease agreement.
