Seeking one roommate to share a 3-bedroom 1-bathroom house in central Fort Collins beginning ASAP with myself and a cat. (No additional pets, sorry!) Looking for a respectful, emotionally mature grad student or young professional interested in living in a positive environment. Must be cat, alcohol and cannabis friendly!

This house is lovely! With a window in every room, it is bright and full of sunlight. It’s in great condition, has new windows, great floors, and decent appliances.

The room available is the largest in the house. The third bedroom used as a guest room/office space/storage. There is a one-car garage for storage.

I have lived here for three years and love it. The location is ideal - walking distance to Spring Park and the Spring Creek Trail, and close to both College and Prospect for convenience. The neighbors are wonderful.

Rent is $862.50 per month and utilities range from $60-100 a month. We get one driveway spot and there is always street parking available.

I am a young professional working at CSU in a hybrid setup. In the summer and fall I am out of town 4 nights a week. I am clean and fairly quiet, have friends over occasionally, like to cook, and enjoy being outside. I often enjoy being alone but am happy to get drinks or watch a show together too!
