Looking for a roommate in our unique household. Must be child/pet friendly, but not looking to add any of your own. Must be able to pass a fingerprint/background check prior to move-in, as we run a home daycare. Must be a non-smoker, and no drugs. We are LGBT friendly.

We have a well-maintained, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath house with large yard and beautiful kitchen located in Antelope. We are looking to rent out just one bedroom, and the bathroom next to the bedroom will be shared with our two-year old only when he needs a bath. Renter will have full access to kitchen/laundry room/rest of house, and will be given pantry/cupboard space as well as have their own fridge located in the garage.

Perfect situation for a student or professional. If you are interested in Early Childhood Development or Child Care careers, may be able to offer discounted rent in exchange for assistance with the daycare.
