About the House:

• 1,000 sq ft • Licton Springs Neighborhood • Mid-century home split into a duplex, we are in the upper unit • 420 and alcohol-friendly • Not wheelchair accessible- around 10 steps from street down to house, then 2 additional steps up to the front door, no stairs inside the house • not scent free but don’t tend to have strong smells beyond the occasional candle/incense • 15 minute walk from the Northgate light rail, and very close to I-5, Aurora, and bus routes. • all usual amenities; in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher • wood burning fireplace! • Three bedroom/one bath- smallest third bedroom is currently a guest room with the option to add another roommate in the future • secluded front yard/garden/patio area with hammock and umbrella table/chairs • large pantry, shared cooking essentials (ie flour, sugar, spices, etc) • free street parking, 95% of the time you can park directly in front of house • Very well insulated and surprisingly quiet home • Portable AC unit to keep house cool

About the Room:

• the largest and nicest bedroom in the house. • Wood floors •. Good closet space • big south-facing windows with lots of light, great for plants! • Quietest room, opposite side of the house from the road

About me: Jessica (she/they), 28 • introverted but can be very chatty once I am comfortable around you • Night owl, but am quiet when others are sleeping • Fully vaccinated and covid-conscious (masking in public, etc) • Currently unemployed, previously a dog-walker • Artist- drawing, painting, sewing • Quiet and keep the communal spaces tidy • Value open communication and meaningful, genuine conversation (ideally looking for someone who’d like to hang out on occasion) • Play video games and watch cartoons in my free time (I have a PS4 and a PS2, including DDR dance pad, for shared household use 😁👾)
