North Rutherford Boulevard

Bedroom C has a great layout, you walk in and the bathroom is immediately on your right and it is very spacious! Furniture is already provided, that being a desk, chair, a dresser, and a chest of drawers. Good amount of closet space! The flooring is carpet and I am already completely moved out and have deep cleaned the room, so it’s all ready to go! The shared living space has a nice large couch and since our apartment is on the second floor we have a balcony! The kitchen isn’t super spacious but there is a good amount of cabinet space and the pantry is huge! If you are a student at MTSU, this is the best location to be! It is truly right across the street from this apartment complex!

My roommates names are Audrey and Boo, they are very nice and very quiet. I did not speak with them much, they mostly keep to themselves. Audrey does have a cat but June mostly stays in Audrey’s room! I have never had any problems or complaints about either of my roommates!
