Hi all, I have a room opening up in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment near the heart of Ocean Beach, 3 blocks from the beach! It’s out of the fray of OB nightlife, but only a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, yoga studios, and more.

The apartment - top floor apartment in a large house with a spacious living area/kitchen and beautiful sunset views. Side yard space shared with the neighboring three units, all neighbors are friendly :)

Amenities - street parking (which is not difficult except during the peak of tourist season), coin-operated laundry onsite (shared between four apartments), no dishwasher, but lots of storage.

Room is available 2/10. Monthly Expenses: Rent = $1,000 Utilities = Approximately $100/month

Me - I’m an upper 30s nonprofit professional who enjoys hiking, game nights, and music. I mostly work in the office with occasional days from home. I have a 25 pound 3-year-old poodle/spaniel mix (hypoallergenic, super friendly), and a very senior cat who spends his time almost exclusively in my bedroom. I have had some really incredible roommates in the past, I would love to find someone who enjoys sharing space and an occasional meal, coffee, or glass of wine together. I’m looking for a stable, social professional and a solid credit score. Pets who do well with cats and dogs (and have excellent behavior) considered with emotional support letter!
