I have 2 rooms available in the 3 bed/1.5 bath rowhouse in Trinidad. The two available rooms, as well as the one that I will be staying in, are on the second floor of the house. My ideal roommate situation would be one person who works from home and would like to rent both rooms - one as a bedroom and the second as an office space (and would be willing to let my pup out in the backyard at some point during the day). However, I am willing to rent each room to separate roommates! The rent for the two rooms together is $1,800 or $1,200 per person if you rent one room. The rent does not include utilities, but you can expect monthly utilities (including internet and housekeeping) to be less than $150 per month. The rooms will be available Mid-February to early-March for move-in.

About the neighborhood: There are cute parks nearby. It is walking distance from H Street and biking distance from Barracks Row and Union Market.

I am 31 years old and my sweet, cuddly pitty, Rocko, is 12 years old. I am queer and non-binary. I am originally from South Florida but have lived in the DMV for almost 9 years. I am a nurse by training, but a handyperson by trade. I’m not home very often, but I do enjoy being social with roommates when I am at home or by going out and doing things together. That being said, I am also fine with giving space if that’s what my roommate prefers! I don’t smoke or drink and am not a big party person, and I would prefer to live with folks with similar vibes. While Rocko hasn’t lived with a cat yet, he has interacted with cats without issue so a cat roommate would likely be fine, but no other dogs, please.
