Bilevel House in safe quiet neighborhood on the southside of Holland. Great area to go for walks or jogging located only 2.5 miles from Downtown Holland, 1.5 miles from Holland Hospital, 2.5 miles from Hope College, less than a mile from Degraaf Nature center. Room for rent is in the lower level. House has 2 full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Semiprivate bathroom. Bathroom would be open for anyone to use but renter pretty much would be the main person using it. Nice size room, with two closets, laminate floor, little deck on the upper level . Cute little back yard to chill with firepit. Use of washer and dryer, driveway parking and utilities are included.

I love dogs and have a very cute and friendly fur baby so I need a dog friendly person. I am looking for a laid back adult roommate. Preferably nonsmoker who works first shift. Students are welcome. In the summer I enjoy my little backyard . I am the only person living here, but now and then I have family or friends come and visit. I prefer a 12 month commitment but open to discussing a shorter stay and price for this.
