You will have your own bedroom with a walk-in closet and a very clean bathroom shared with one roommate. Full shower/tub and your own personal sink/storage. Full washer dryer in a separate upstairs laundry room. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

The entire house is already beautifully furnished with a plant room/office that includes an available desk and workspace to use at your leisure. Only the bedroom is unfurnished. Lots of storage available if needed!

We are two roommates looking for another reliable, tidy roommate to share our lovely 3-bedroom home in a great local area close to everything.

Must pass a background check, income verification, and pay a $75 application fee. Once approved, you will also need to provide a security deposit of one month’s rent + February rent. Move-in available on Feb. 1st. We would like to schedule a time to meet you to discuss roommate compatibility before you apply. Unfortunately, we cannot have more pets in the house, but we would love for you to come meet our two well behaved, friendly dogs!
