Meagan's room

A room to rent in the Village at Carter Station, right on the border of Spring Hill and Columbia. $800/month plus utilities (usually no more than $100/month). Recommendations required. A quiet and homey neighborhood, easy access to the interstate, about twenty min drive to downtown Franklin. Your own bedroom, bathroom and closet, plenty of storage space, washer and dryer. Cats welcome (I have a cat), dogs welcome depending on the dog (the yard is not fenced in). Move in date will be February 1st.

I am a 2nd grade teacher. I love to workout and do anything outdoors. I’m easy going and not very picky. The main things I’m looking for in a roommate are keep the shared living spaces relatively clean and no illegal drugs. Also I love to bake so there’ll always be treats on the kitchen counter. :)
