I live in an over 55 lovely mobile home park in ESCONDIDO. Close to everything, quiet and with heated pool and hot tub, clubhouse and nice to walk around. My double-wide is updated and very nice. You have a decent closet, lots of shelves and there is a shed for storage of some things. The covered driveway is long so we can both park and just have to move when necessary. There is also guest parking. I am offering your own furnished bedroom (single bed) with walk-in full bath AND full use of the living room, for your own space. There’s a nice little garden space in the backyard and you’d be free to plant. I also have a Tower garden. A SMALL well trained/groomed dog or cat is ok! My dog of 12 years passed on :( and I love animals. We would start month to month and if we are both happy, then go through management and get you cleared. Long term would be really nice. LA Fitness is nearby, free senior programs, good Aqua classes and yoga, too. The rent includes everything, just $1600 each month. You may often have the whole place to yourself. I was in the SF Bay Area the last 40 years and have travelled extensively.

Active, healthy, spirited [not your typical] 72 yr. female, may be doing some travelling and seriously looking for a solid, dependable, emotionally healthy roommate. Personal growth and self-reflection is important. I work from home part-time but mostly volunteer and some outside gigs. I am a semi-retired Somatic Therapist, Functional Medicine Nutritionist and study/participate in all kinds of science and environmentally sustainable things. I eat healthy and don’t do much frying or cooking of greasy foods. I keep a clean house and will keep the kitchen clean, as that is important. I have everything you need but can make room for you and there is a small shed for storage.. I rarely drink and don’t have visitors unless we know them well. Our home is sacred yet certainly well known friends and family are fine. I’m trained in NVC, massage, lots of somatic modalities and dabble in many spiritual practices. Most important is a kind, communicative, grounded person who wants to contribute to a peaceful, nurturing environment. Helping each other to be the best and happiest is key. We don’t have to be besties, just respectful and open.
