The flat: excellently located, very near the community enterance, pool, gym, and Los Gatos trail not by the road so quite 2nd of 3 floors (very quiet neighbours on all sides, never had any problems) washer + dryer modern kitchen dedicated covered parking space large balcony with views of the swimming pool

The community: gated, closed at night time direct access to the Los Gatos trail on-site office with friendly staff pool, gym and fireplace for residents pet friendly, small dog park free BBQs Amazon Hub lockers walking distance to Campbell downtown, farmers market every sunday VTA stop just down the road, direct access to San Jose, San Diridon Station

I am a 30 year-old male professional working in tech (in office most days), i live in the 2nd bedroom. I enjoy exploring, socializing, classical guitar and light cooking. I travel reasonably frequently. I have no pets but pets are welcome.
