Furnished room available. Comes with a size queen full bed and a new shelving. Brand new ceiling fan. You will have your own full bathroom. There is street parking but your car can also fit next to the garage. The house and neighborhood is really quiet. You will have access to the washer and dryer (just bring your own detergent/softener). All utilities included. Short term stay preferred. I prefer to rent to a college student that is looking for a place before transferring out.

College education educated (female) and also a graduate student and my son. I don’t smoke and rarely drink.
