Bright and airy bottom floor apartment with balcony, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, bathtub, no central A/C but ceiling fan in room, you’re welcome to bring a portable A/C (but keep in mind it will increase electricity bill) It is predominantly an even temperate as we get the fresh breeze rolling in through the front balcony. Heating in living room. Shared laundry center, Street Parking. Your bedroom has a wardrobe. I already have a 6lb dog (pomeranian) and a 7lb cat (ragdoll) So you must not be allergic to pets. I prefer no extra pets as I do not wish to disturb their territory dynamic.

There is official leasing paperwork that needs to go through the property management so you need to be able to provide 3 months of paychecks or have a good credit score.

About you: Looking for someone easy going. Student preferable someone with not a whole lot of stuff. No drama. all I ask is you are clean in the common areas, willing to share cleaning of the house every week and considerate of others. No drug users or heavy drinkers (THC is fine) I will be doing a drug and background screening. Please be reliable with rent and a proven history with getting along with housemates, guests and pets. Will be checking references. Age range preferably under 45.

About me: sharing w 1 other. I’m a super chill Aussie chick, I work full time and am perusing fashion and costume design, love all things music, fashion, art, film, tv etc. I mostly keep to my self quietly and have a social life outside the house, but I am cool with hosting and having others over too, the more the merrier. My room is the bigger of the 2, I have my own toilet and private entrance which leads to my parking space.
