Modest 3 bedroom 2 bath with a furnished living room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining nook as well as a backyard.

The house is being improved upon but I will be in California from September to mid November so you’ll have the house to yourself outside of my father checking on things to ensure things are comfortable for you and collecting rent/utilities.

The microwave is functional but I haven’t replaced the hood version so there’s a gap in the kitchen wall currently. The dishwasher is broken for now and the furnishings are modest but I plan to do all the carpets and wood before I leave and the rest when i get back as I’m improving it since I just moved recently.

The room is on the small side but there’s an extra room you could have to if you need it and give me enough notice before I leave to clear it out. Otherwise I can clear it out when I get back for you.

I’ll be moving in a washer and dryer in November as well that’s free for you to use and there’s driveway parking available.

I have two small dogs but I keep them in my room when they aren’t outside and they won’t be there after the fifth.

No credit/background check but I do require first months rent up front and a minimum 3 month lease from there you can do month to month.

It’s about 10 minutes from Ikea or Downtown Round rock and about 18 minutes from North Austin.

There are several nice parks around as well and lots of restraints and an outlet mall.

Smoking is outside only. Pets are fine As long as you keep up with them. Guests are fine but you’re responsible for them.

I work in video games and I work a night shift and then I do live game streaming daily at a friends house so I am almost never home even when I’m in town. You will see very little of me.

I’m fine with noise if you’re a musician. There’s plenty of plates and cookware already. There’s a fireplace and a fire pit out back.

Utilities usually run about 150 a person which includes 200mbs internet, electricity, trash, water, and gas.

Anyone is welcome. I myself am very chill, reasonable, and honest. I’m warm and friendly but have a very busy professional and social life so I won’t be in your hair.

This house will only get better after I get back piece by piece until it’s leagues ahead of where it is now so get in now to reap the benefits of the potential come November and have basically an entire house to yourself for next to nothing for 3 months! I need to find a roommate ASAP so you could move in tomorrow if you wanted to.
