In a newly built home (2018) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The room for rent is the Primary Suite with private Ensuite bathroom (includes shower, soaker tub, dual vanity, and separate toilet closet). There is a king-sized bed, two nightstands, lifting-standing desk, dresser, sofa chair, and walk-in closet with built in full length mirror.

The kitchen has white cabinets and quartz counters and general cooking equipment, including a dishwasher. The living room area has couch seating, and the small backyard has raised garden boxes, fire pit, charcoal grill, and rocking chairs. Washer & dryer inside as well. Street parking for vehicles. [Garage parking available for single car at additional cost, or for storage at additional cost.] The home is located off a cross-street of HWY 25, so there is quick access to the highway.

There is a friendly indoor tabby cat who lives on the premises. New pets will be considered on a case by case basis for a negotiated pet fee. The individual who rents this room must like/tolerate the tabby cat as he is used to enjoying access to the Primary Suite. The room is available Now through the end of August 2024; month-to-month available after that or possible full lease renewal. Available for immediate move-in. Ideal roommate - quiet, responsible, respectful person. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs on the premises. Background & credit checks required.

Existing roommates are teachers who enjoy relaxing and cooking when not at work - our home is definitely chill and we generally like the quiet. We tend to meet up with friends outside the home, keeping the house as a relaxed retreat for the roommates. We have a friendly, indoor, gray tabby cat named Hops!
