Hello, the rent is 1300 for single occupancy 1600 for couples The majority of the bills are included BUT you are in charge of your own propane (which is used for the stove to cook and for hot water.) This is a month to month lease. We are going to be renting our Toy Hauler. Its on property but separate from the main house. You have your own entrance and parking is available. The place we are renting is for one person only and no pets allowed. During the summer you do have access to the pool. You are also in charge of your own propane which allows you to use the stove and hot water. You have your own kitchen that has a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. overall its in a nice and calm area. Everyone keeps to themselves.

The other people living in the main house usually keep to themselves and do have dogs. The dogs are usually kept inside the house unless they are going to the bathroom outside or are with the other people on the property.
