Hey, Hello! I’m looking to sublease my private bedroom (2bed, 1ba) downtown San Francisco from February to june 31st this year. A renewal is possible if interested :). I live with my son who is 13 years old. We are renting a bigger bedroom has walk in closet. Semi furnished ( mattress, desk, book shelf)
TERMS: Move In Date: Feb 1, 2023 Rent: $1300/month Lease to end on 5/31/2023 but is available for an extension!

We are located O’Farrell and
Leavenworth St. The building is very clean and gated)
Walking distance to Bart ( about 7 minutes to powel bart station)

About the roomies
I live with my son 13 years old. My son super quite and shy, but very friendly. I work from home I do massage therapy from home. We are pretty quiet ( only time I’m loud is when taking a shower I turn on the speaker so I can listen music ( the speaker is only for the bathroom so you can use it too) I really don’t like weed smell( thank you).
