2066 square foot 3-bedroom home in south Tempe. Fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed with night stand, dresser and TV. I don’t have cable but have FireTV stick on the TV you can use. Bathroom is in hallway and is mostly private for you unless we have guests over. There are two separate living rooms each with a TV, a smalling dining area and a larger dining area. Also have laundry room with washer and dryer. Nice back yard with citrus trees, covered patio, BBQ grill and gated pool.

I live alone and work from home 75% of the time in my home office (it’s a separate room so you’d have privacy/access to entire home while I’m working during the week if you’re home) and 25% in office. I have three small dogs - they are house trained and always have access to doggie door to yard. I’m OK with one additional small dog that is house trained and can get along with my dogs. I like to cook and stay home quite a bit and like to keep the house picked up and clean (but I’m not a clean freak). I’m very easy going and get along with everyone. I’m looking for someone to move in June for a 6-month lease and if it’s working out can extend to longer. Rent is $900 plus 25% of monthly water and electric utilities. If we decide to do the background check I’ll discount the cost you paid from first month’s rent.
