Looking for a roommate to live with me in my apartment/townhome. You will have your own room which is connected to your very own private bathroom with access to the hallway, as well. Located in the beautiful and safe area of Stone Oak just north of the 1604. Unit is 1137sqft with plenty of space and a car garage. You must have a full time job. Rent is $700(no deposit) utilities and internet we can split. Some house rules include no smoking inside, no pets and no people coming or staying over.
