Ready and waiting!!! Furnished home—just bring yourself and your clothes. Large Master bedroom with king sized comfortable bed, Private bathroom, and walk-in-closet. Washer& dryer. Large back yard with deck, swing, and a gas grill. The home is in a very well maintained neighborhood, is safe, and very convenient to most needs. There many restaurants and shops nearby. The house is 3200sf and well furnished. There are 2 large desk areas in the front LR. The house is very comfortable and each bedroom has Smart TV’s. I own the house but, I only come 2-3 times per week to check on the house, clean, and check mail. It is a centrally located quiet place.
Most guest are here for jobs and work so they usually hang out in their rooms. If the guests let me know that someone is disturbing their sleep then, I talk to them first. If it happens again, they are asked to leave and I have had this happen once.
