This room is at the Gossett in the Gulch ready for move in now until mid august with the option for us to renew of course. The living room is furnished other than a coffee table and the kitchen is decorated. Your bedroom and bathroom is not decorated or furnished. The bathroom is not attached to your bedroom but right next to it. You would have a walk in closet and the unit is a pool view with a large balcony. Rent is 1050, WiFi is 25 per person, trash is 12 per person, water is about 20, electric is about 40. This is an extremely good rate I have been grandfathered into as the same unit is going for $300 a month more per person. We have a package service and trash pickup. This is a little less than a mile walk to Broadway bars and a half mile walk to tin roof midtown.

I work from home, am very clean, have the living room already furnished and do not have any pets. I travel quite a bit and like to be out of the house whenever possible, especially in the summer hiking, walking, biking, kayaking, and rollerblading. I just finished my MBA so I’m excited to be able to be more social this year as I love going out to dinner or bars with friends and going to live music events. I am looking for someone who I get along with that does not have to become a close friend but that would be a plus!
