Great private bedroom available in Cambridge between Central and Harvard.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and loved the location. Bedroom has big sliding doors to private garden area. Garden area is walled off from the street so ton of privacy and no issues with noise or light. In unit laundry, 1.5 bath, bedroom is ~13’ x 11’3“, with a full closet. I fit a queen bed and a big, dual-monitor desk and a small dresser in here no problem.

Central air & baseboard heat. Gas is included in rent, so bills are low in the winter.

This is not month-month, you’re signing onto the remainder of the lease through the end of August. No exceptions. Short term is possible but it will be your responsibility to fill the room for the remainder of the lease.

No pets, no smoking.
