Looking for an introvert like us, we’re nice we just need rest between work and cosmetology school. Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. Basement is all yours with the exception of us using the washer/dryer and some storage space in the closet occasionally. Street and guest parking available. Can’t smoke flower because of HOA bylaws but you can get away with wax/edibles, we don’t care. Just no hard drugs lol. No kids or pets allowed, I’m very allergic to cats and our dog isn’t neutered.

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 6 years, you will see that I like pink and we chill upstairs on our PC’s most of the time. We do have a friendly shiba inu as well, he’s super quiet and shy at first but he comes around. He’s sort of like a cat lol (please have good boundaries with him). Looking for someone 18 to 25 since we’re 22 and 23. We try to keep it as clean as possible but we do get behind sometimes because we’re so busy.
