My home is located in a very quiet established neighborhood. A great place to relax and unwind. Drama Free household. Very spacious Furnished room with free Wi-Fi and a small area that can possibly be used for sitting or working from home.

A Smart TV with access to HULU, NETFLIX, HBO MAX, DISCOVERY PLUS and AMAZON PRIME is included. Utilities are also Included. This is a Non Smoking Household. No Drugs, No Drama. Sorry, No guests are permitted.

This is a Short Term month to month rental (3 month minimum, then month to month). Criminal background check, verifiable steady work history/Income, and Credit Check is required. NO SCAMMERS ALLOWED!

I live a peaceful existence and any drama or non payment of timely rent will be cause for immediate non renewal of monthly lease agreement within 48 hours of notification.

There is one other adult living in the home with me. Each person has their own private bathroom and living space with keypad locked doors on each individual bedroom. The common area is the kitchen. No smoking, No Drugs. Moderate alcohol. No guests. No children.
