ABOUT LOCATION/ FAIRBURN:

Fairburn is a nice medium sized community located off of exit 61[i85 N/S] that’s conveniently placed about 15 min south of the Atlanta Airport and about 25-30 min south of the city [depending on traffic]. Other surround areas include: Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville and College Park. Fairburn is a growling community with a lot of local and surrounding dining, hiking, trails, breweries and entertainment.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: This is a 4BR 2.5BA home located about 5-10min from the interstate. There is a 2 car Garage that is currently occupied with home owner vehicles.

The downstairs offers plenty of space with an open floorplan. The kitchen and living rooms will be furnished with the basics [utensils ,pots, pans plates small appliances etc.]I have no problem with you using anything, just please use them respectfully. The 1/2 bath is located on the main level.

Each bedroom has high ceilings and plenty of space. The 3rd bedroom is occupied by the home owner. The 2nd bathroom is located on the 2nd level along with the washer and dryer.
