three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home located five minutes from the airport. very quiet neighborhood. I (the owner) occupy one room. the room that i’m looking to rent is a good size, very small closet space. so you’ll more than likely have to use some of the room to store clothes, shoes etc. no smoking & im not the biggest fan of visitors as well. I’ve had past roommates from this app that went well. I’m willing to give their info if you need to contact them for a reference.

i’m real easy to stay with. very respectable, accepting of one’s space and time. i work 8:30-5 M-F from home. I respect everyone schedule and keep the noise at minimum. same would apply for whomever moves in the third room.
