Kayla's room

I’m renting out a room, but it’s more like the entire apartment. I’m moving out and just my portion will be available. There is another girl who lives here but she keeps to herself, never comes out of her room. I am taking my furniture with me, so the apartment will be empty. It’s a nice place. Valet trash. Electronic entry. This is a 2x2 but I’m basically renting out an entire one bedroom apartment.

I will not be living there anymore. The other girl who lives here is pretty quiet. She doesn’t have any furniture and doesn’t keep anything in the main parts of the apartment.
