Linda's room

You will have your own furnished room with the bathroom right beside the room. You will also have use of the laundry facilities and the kitchen. You will be responsible for keeping your room clean and your bathroom clean all the time . Sometimes I may need help with vacuuming common areas. I have a big screened room in my backyard, which is fenced. It’s nice and quiet here.

I am a 70 year young Christian woman looking for a tenant, possibly for long-term. I am retired from the medical field but I also am an artist and enjoy doing many crafts. Looking for someone that’s not carrying any baggage or drama. Non-smokers welcome
