East 58th Court

My house it located in a very convenient spot on the south hill. Easy walking distance of an grocery store and 15 min drive access to most of Spokane, excluding North Spokane. This room is the master bedroom with a large closet and private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and laundry. I also have a medium sized yard with a vegetable garden for those interested. I have two cats who are very friendly, hence I can allow other cats. I am open to some bringing a dog, but it would need be okay with cats and I would want to meet it first because I would require it to be well behaved, and there would be a small additional charge for the dog. There is also parking in the garage available for a cost. Smoking is allowed outside. No hard drugs at all, ever. I don’t care about alcohol so long as you aren’t a belligerent drunk.

Currently I have a college student a nurse living with me. I live in the basement. Both are fairly clean and mostly keep to themselves.
