The Apartment is on South Ashley street right in the middle of downtown with a short walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities you can expect and also the apartment has a rooftop terrace.

Highlights are:

• Fully furnished with new furniture (except your room)
• Barista Coffeemaschine
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Sound system with good music taste ;)
• GasGrill, Bar and Chillout area on rooftop. (Not visible on picture yet)

Please note that the room has its own entrance but doesn’t have a window.

Im recently moving into that apartment coming all the way from Germany as an Expat. I’m a pretty chilled dude that is looking for a roommate who occasionally likes to hang out, have a BBQ or get active. I like to have the place clean and expect my roommates to be like-minded in that case and treat the furnishings with respect.
