Hi! Looking for a roommate to fill an open spot in beautiful 4 bedroom apartment in the Avalon Cove complex. The apartment is 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms on each. We have a large living space with high ceilings, washer/dryer, a loft and balcony. Apartment overlooks a courtyard, pool and the NYC skyline. There’s also a gym and parking available. 5 minute walk to Newport PATH station. The open room is upstairs with 2 large closets and a shared bathroom with double sinks & cabinet space.

One of our current roommates is moving into the city. We are 3 young professionals, working partially from home and in the city. We get along great and like to spend time together. We are clean, respectful and fun roommates looking for the same.
