3 bedroom 2 bath. Single story home. Renting out 1 room only so the 2 of us. No drama please. Your choice of furnished room or unfurnished. Private bathroom. All utilities included. Hulu, Netflix amazon and paramount. Kitchen will have open shelves. I am sharing my home so 1/2 pantry 1/2 refrigerator space. I have a smaller shelve area in the garage for tenant. And some extra closet space besides just the bedroom closet

I am an active older woman. I work full time. I tend to be quiet after work. I work at Amazon so long hours. I can not answer text while working. I have 2 crazy boxers. They are friendly once they get to know you. Very protective of anyone that lives in the home.
