Hi 💕 looking to see if any girls on here would be interested in teaming up to rent out a females only townhome with 2 other female roommates? ❀ Hoping to find another person who’s look to sign a one year lease together with my roommate, cat and I, for $650/month rent, (all utilities included gas/water/electric/internet) + one time security deposit of $500 that will be refunded (as long as no damages upon move out occur.) ❀

This house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms ☆ kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher ☆ 1.5 story high common area with separate living & dining area ☆ balcony facing golf course/lake ☆ laundry room with an in unit washer/drier ☆ attached garage on lower level (used for storage) ☆ driveway + additional private parking space

To give you a better idea of who we are, Cat and I actually met via roomies last year and decided to team up to rent a place together. We have really enjoyed sharing this space together and are looking for a third roommate to share it with now.

♡ Catherine, is 25 and is a psychiatric nurse. She works in multiple hospital locations and can often work 16 hour shifts. She has an orange tabby kitty named feliks. She loves edm, the outdoors and playing video games. .:insta ☆ bubbleducky8

♡ Billie 23, working as an intensive refugee medical specialist & currently student at DePaul. She is frequently working from home when possible but a typical in person work day can sometimes require extensive full day cases with long distance commutes. Fun Facts: •We are social butterflies 🦋✨ and appreciate having out going and friendly people around us! However, the line of work that we do can be mentally demanding , so it’s important for us to prioritize giving each other space and privacy to recollect ourselves throughout the week 💕🐣

•We are both bilingual, and come from different backgrounds/cultures so we share the appreciation of having diversity around us 💫🌏 We love crafts, interior design, and to decorate!
