About the room
The condo is in a 8 unit building in City Heights, 1 block from the 15 freeway. The bathroom is newly renovated and the room is a good size, includes a desk with a queen sized bed and a smart TV. There is starbucks right across for anyone who needs their fix. The room is completely furnished. Utilities included as well. The living room is a good size and a good size kitchen. I do require renter’s insurance as well, it’s pretty cheap and protects both of us if something happens.
About the roomies
I’m the owner of the condo. I work in a hospital working night shifts. Depending on the week you might never see me. I also have a medium sized dog. I crate him in my room when I leave the house.
