Wonderfully placed location a bike ride away from Montrose Beach. You will have a private room and also a small office room, also private, if you need room for a desk which has a closet that is used for cleaning supplies and extra necessities.

The place is largely furnished so there will be basic ground rules to keep the place clean and organized, but of course you will have full use of living space and kitchen. it has two bathrooms as well. Parking is covered and in a secure lot just a block away in the Weiss Hospital parking garage. you will split electricity and internet that is the highest speed in the area

You will be sharing with two males in their late 20s, both work full time and are often not home, very friendly and looking or someone clean, responsible and preferably does not work late into the night as we have a unit in a small building of 6 units, all units are owner occupied except ours. the room available shows a bed but that will be gone soon, the giant armoire is a part of the room, and there is also a closet, and we converted the living room into a third bedroom (there is still the common area family room, kitchen, and balcony as well.

This is for a 6 month lease with possibility of a year extension. I am the owner of the unit and one of your rommates is my brother, the other is his close friend.
