Family home with one room available. No access to main house. Private room, entrance, and full bathroom. Hardwood floor. Beautiful backyard full of succulents and cacti. Nice place to meditate. Large pool for warm summer days. Gazebo with a table and chairs to read, write, play an instrument or just relax. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House is on a cul de sac. Utilities to be discussed upon interview. Over-the-phone interview then in- person interview. Please provide best days/ time to set up phone interview.

Nice family of whom you will hardly see. We are fair people who see the benefits of reciprocity. All adults in the house. Great for people who like their privacy.
