This is a room for rent in a well taken care of home. There are thee other roommates for a total of 4 people ( including you) and two large trained dogs. The Room is 12x11 with closet. You get large storage space in hall and the room has its own private ductless Heater/AC unit for your personal comfort. The bathroom is shared with one roommate. You get your own full size medicine, cabinet drawer(s) for toiletries storage in the bathroom. All bills are included. The whole house shared areas are free to use. This includes: Full Gym, gourmet kitchen, custom Greenhouse,saltwater Pool, backyard, and entertainment area downstairs. This house is on a quite street with parking. This is for one person only. No cigarettes smokers, cannabis is fine. You get your own fridge ( 11.5 cubic ) downstairs and pantry shelves down stairs. Full size laundry room and personal storage for your needs is available. All cutlery and cooking tools are there for use. Cleaning of house common areas ( not bathroom, and self made messes ) are cleaned though out the week. The backyard is there for your use and greenhouse as well.

Both roommates are full-time away workers that keep to ourselves . Non drinkers ,We both have our own lives and tend to focus on our work and hobbies, working out, gaming .Its a very chill home without parties, and issues.
