The house is located close to Downtown, Columbus (a mile walking distance of Cooper Stadium project) in an area that is poised for gentrification. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance to a public park and many locally owned convenience stores. There are 2 bedrooms available (the third is mine), so you can have your pick.

Both bedrooms have a closet and are approximately 14 x 10 feet.

I will rarely be home, so you and the other roommate (you can choose or I will find someone on here) will have the place all to yourselves. You will have access to all common areas and I can even install a lock on your room door if you want. Just keep the place clean and pay your bills on time and we are good! You won’t even see me much.

I will be there once a week to check up on things. You provide your own furnishings. You and the roommate will be responsible for water, electric and gas since I won’t be using them (I will send you a bill).

Note: Individual roommates preferred. Couples and people children are welcome, but you will have to pay an additional $300 monthly rent for the room and an additional deposit of $200. No more than 2 people can stay in one room.

I am the home owner, but I don’t live there (I moved in with my mom to take care of her). I only stay at this house whenever I am in the area, which is probably once a week or less. I will keep the yard maintained. I mainly just use the garage as a workshop and my private room for storage. I won’t even be using the shower, so you won’t have to coordinate this with me. I will only stop by once a week to inspect the property, that’s all.
