I have 2 rooms that will be available September 1st (1 possibly August 1st) in a classy 3 BR Russian Hill apartment on Taylor St with stunning amenities and an indescribable view. Rent is $1850/$1750 per month.

This apartment is a real hidden gem. Located at the top of Russian Hill (above the Broadway tunnel), you’ll be just a few blocks from Nob Hill, North Beach, Chinatown, and Polk Street. It’s a quick commute to downtown (15-20 minute walk to Financial District), and provides good access to freeways as well. Street parking here is the easiest you’ll find in the entire Russian Hill area.

The rooms available are on the 2nd floor of a split level apartment, and I live in a detached studio space below the living room. The bathroom pictured is located down the hall and shared with the other roommate on the main floor. The kitchen and living room spaces pictured are shared by all.

The 1st bedroom is 115+ sq ft with much natural light, ample storage space, and a tiered area which can be used for storage, a display area, plants, or whatever you desire.

The 2nd bedroom is 120+ sq ft with natural light a nice sized closet having plenty of storage space, a hanging rack and installed shelving.

This really is an amazing apartment with fantastic amenities. It’s rare to find something this nice on the market, and serves as a great place to land for your first housing in the area or home-based position. We’re looking for a responsible person who is sick of searching Craigslist only to be disappointed by apartments with no light, outdated kitchens, 1970s bathrooms, no outdoor space, and inconvenient locations.

The rooms are available September 1st (one August 1st possibly) and I am looking for a minimum 6 month/1 year preferred lease term. (though potentially flexible to short term at the moment). Female or male roomates both welcome and I have lived with both in.

I work in Technical Sales and moved back here from Colorado last September.
