Leah's room

The apartment is two bed, two bath with a balcony that faces west for sunset, rooms on other side can see sunrise. It’s very close to Division so stores, gyms, food are all close by. There is also a bus stop right here and a little park just a few blocks away where you can walk. And Powell Butte is only a 10 minute drive away. The people at the apartment complex are all nice honestly and if there are any issues with the apartment they do respond pretty quick typically. Utilities come to about 150+ each depending on usage of everything. I am looking for a roommate who is planning to stay around for a bit at least 6 months to a year.

I am someone who keeps to themselves a lot but I am tidy and I am looking to build community with whomever I live with. I work nights as a psychiatric tech at the moment however I am looking to switch jobs soon so I will be working days again instead. I love hiking and being outside so on most my days off at some point I will be out exploring. I love animals so if you have an animal they are welcome there is an extra fee for that I believe 30 or 50 a month.
