Serda's room

Small room with a window and a ton of closet space on the Ditmars side of Astoria. Twin size bed is probably the best fit although a full could easily fit. Shared bathroom, and living space. You are free to use my streaming apps and internet (I don’t have cable tv). ConEd bill would be equally split monthly. Also free to use my Peloton!

I’m quiet, clean (no shoes in the apartment) and respectful. I expect the same. I don’t have parties or many people over. While I am open to friends coming over, I ask that it be infrequent and with a respectful amount noise (the landlord lives downstairs).
