We have a bedroom for rent in N. Salinas close to rodeo. Rent is with a shared bathroom and access to kitchen. Does not include laundry. Street parking. No pets, no smoking, no drinking, no visits, and no children.

We are a family 6. Both my wife and I work. Constantly busy with sports the entire week. We maintain a very clean household.
