I have a 5 year old daughter that would visit but depending on how comfortable everyone is we would probably stay at a hotel during that time. Currently all rooms are available.

price per month is negotiable. The house is a spilt duplex (top and bottom) the bottom is rented out and has his own private entrance. Looking for roommates who are just chill, idc if you vape or drink. Just cigarettes will have to be smoked outside or in garage, and not a big fan of heavy drinkers who get out of hand.
