Two bedroom home on Ellsworth. Across the street from campus(about 1.5blocks). Incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood w/ a wonderful community.

The lease is month to month.

I’m a full-time student with a part-time job. I dont drink, do drugs, or party. However, Im not prudish or judgmental. I just do not want the house to become that sort of environment. I will need to study regularly, so I need that respected. I also have a dog, who is my entire world, so if you have a dog(he remains in my room most of the time), they would have to get along.

Ideally, Im looking for a student, but its not mandatory. As long as you’re respectful and considerate others, Im certain we will get along.
